Decision for breast augmentation

Every woman has her own story and reasons for wanting a breast augmentation. Often it is for aesthetic reasons. If there are hardly any breasts or after a pregnancy.

Breast implants can be placed directly behind the breast tissue or under the pectoral muscle to improve the size and shape of the breast. Breast augmentation can achieve the following goals:

  • Enlargement and fullness of the breast
  • Correction of asymmetrical breasts
  • Improve your self-confidence

A fuller and more voluptuous breast can be achieved with breast augmentation. In the case of sagging breasts, a combined breast lift and augmentation should be discussed.

During the consultation, Dr. Biesgen will fully inform you about your questions regarding breast augmentation, the procedure, possible complications and feasibility. He works with the latest generation of silicone implants from the world's leading manufacturers.

Hybrid breast augmentation: Natural breasts thanks to a combination of autologous fat and implants

Silicone implants support the breast internally, retain their shape for many years and a larger increase in volume is also possible (e.g. from A-cup to C-cup)

Autologous fat offers the best tolerability as it is the body's own tissue, the volume can be controlled very well and a targeted accentuation of the décolleté is possible. In addition, fatty tissue is removed from a problem area (e.g. abdomen) at the same time.

Hybrid breast augmentation with autologous fat and implants offers great advantages, especially when it comes to shaping a beautiful, natural cleavage.

An important prerequisite for breast augmentation with autologous fat is the presence of sufficient fat deposits in the body (e.g. hips, abdomen, legs). Accordingly, volume augmentation with autologous fat is unsuitable for very slim women because no excess fat reserves are available.

We see particular benefits for slim women with thin tissue and after pregnancy or weight loss. Especially after pregnancy and subsequent breastfeeding, the volume in the décolleté often diminishes considerably. This missing volume can be specifically filled with autologous fat.

Hybrid breast augmentation procedure

Before the operation, we will select the right silicone implant together with you. This implant must fit your physique as precisely as possible.

In the first phase, Dr. Biesgen will insert the implant, as in a conventional breast augmentation.

In a second phase, Dr. Biesgen uses liposuction to remove excess fatty tissue from suitable areas, such as the thighs or abdomen.

In a third phase, the fat cells are carefully cleaned and prepared using an innovative special procedure. The cells are introduced into the breast using particularly fine cannulas.

It is particularly easy to optimize the cleavage at the top or the distance between the two breasts.

You should allow 1-2 days to recover from work. Every patient reacts differently to surgery. You may be able to return to work earlier, but a few days should be planned as a recovery phase. You should also avoid sport for the next 4 weeks. Avoid pressure on the breast so that the fat cells can grow in unhindered.

Expense for breast augmentation

The cost of breast augmentation can vary depending on the extent of the procedure. The exact procedure and cost will be discussed and defined in detail with the patient during the consultation.

The fee includes the consultation, use of the operating room and materials, anesthesia, implant, as well as the fee for the procedure and aftercare. The cost is to be understood as a flat rate per case and must be paid in advance.

As breast augmentation is an aesthetic procedure, the costs must be borne by the patient. As a rule, health insurance companies do not cover the costs.
